Reservation conditions

Minimum stay

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Accepted payment methods

Reservation: secure distance selling by electronic payment terminal by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment:

  • For a stay between December 1, 2020 and until further notice : payment by bank transfer or Paypal
  • As soon as possible : payment by Visa or Mastercard

Check in / Check out

Arrival time from 3:00 pm. Departure at 11:00 am at the latest.

Early checking (from 8:00 am)

Depending on our availability, your accommodation can be given to you before 3:00 pm, at an additional cost: please contact us.

Late check-out (until 6:00 pm)

Depending on our availability, you can keep your accommodation until 6:00 pm, at an additional cost: please contact us.

Amount of the stay

Our prices include:

  • bed, bathroom and beach linen,
  • water, gas and electricity consumption,
  • premises cleaning before arrival and after departure,
  • Internet access.

Breakfast (optional) is extra.

Transfers (excluding special offers) are the responsibility of the customer.

Household linen is provided upon entering the premises for a period of 7 days. Any change of linen at a higher frequency may be invoiced.

Payment

Reservation of a Suite or a guest room:

  • The total amount of the stay is debited 15 days before the date of arrival on the means of payment provided by the customer.
  • Reservations with promotional offers are non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable. In this case, payment is due upon booking.
  • If the reservation is made less than 15 days from the date of arrival, full payment for the stay will be requested at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Reservation of the Villa or the Property:

  • A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the stay is taken at the reservation on the means of payment provided by the customer.
  • The balance of the stay is taken 31 days before the date of arrival on the means of payment provided by the customer at the time of booking.
  • Reservations with promotional offers are non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable. In this case, full payment is due upon booking.
  • If the reservation is made less than 31 days before the arrival date, full payment for the stay will be requested at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Any reservation not respecting these payment clauses will be canceled. No key will be given without full payment of the stay before arrival.

Security deposit

We reserve the right to request a security deposit in addition to the rent. This deposit differs according to each item and is due upon reservation. It will not be debited from the customer’s account subject to the inventory of fixtures

Terms of cancelation

Reservation of a Suite or a guest room:

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 14 days before your arrival date: the cancellation is free
  • If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and the scheduled date of arrival at the premises: the cancellation costs will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rental and the additional services reserved (in proportion to the number of days canceled).

Reservation of the Villa or the Property:

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before your arrival date: refund of the deposit received (in proportion to the number of days canceled).
  • If the cancellation occurs between 60 days and 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival at the premises, the cancellation costs will be equal to 50% of the amount of your rental and the additional services reserved (i.e. the amount of the deposit ), in proportion to the number of days canceled.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival at the premises: the cancellation costs will be equal to 100% of the amount of your rental and the additional services reserved (in proportion to the number of days canceled).

Cancellation related specifically to Covid19 and / or any other variant.

Given the exceptional situation, we offer:

1- the possibility of being reimbursed according to the company policy in force

but also

2- in cases where a major event linked to the current Covid19 ** health crisis (see addendum below) should affect the reservation and the terms of the cancellation conditions, we offer to postpone the stay free of charge under the following conditions :

• same accommodation, same number of nights, same services (registration, transfers, breakfasts, etc.) • same booking period, namely “low season” or “high season”

within the limit of December 31, 2021 only, no postponement will be accepted for 2022,

and subject to availability.

The postponed reservation will not be cancellable or refundable once validated.

The other cases will not benefit from this possibility.

Insurance covering the additional risks associated with covid19 is strongly recommended.

It is the sole responsibility of travelers to remain attentive to changing conditions of travel, entry and stay into countries.

-border closure

-impossibility for a traveler to go to French Polynesia due to a covid19 test carried out in the 3 days preceding his flight which would have been positive)
